Bloc Party Poster

Should I just buy it?
I'm extremely indecisive, so I need help.
There are two Bloc Party posters that I can buy from E-Bay.
One is 24x36 vertically for 11.98
and the other one that I like more
cost 13.98 24x34 horizontally.
I like the one that cost more the most, but it cost more so I'm thinking about the cheaper one,
idk...

Hello guys,
Just came across this photo of Bloc Party and I REALLY like the effect, I was just wondering what it's called so I can go and look at tutorials of how to do it.
