Custom Poster Prints

Is there a printing company that handles custom poster art prints for artists with an online store?
I'm looking for a decent print company that handles custom poster prints, art prints specifically. One that also handles the legwork with shipping as an online store would, the closest i've come to is cafepress or www.lulu.com but i'm looking for other options. Not sure about cafepress's quality and lulu doesnt make posters. Does anyone know another option?

Is it possible to get custom posters printed?
I wanted to get this picture printed on a poster is that possible? If so, where can I do it? What kind of image format and size do I need (would it look weird because its been resized)....how much would it approximately cost...
