Looking for suggestions for a gig we're hosting?
A couple of friends and I have recently been planning a gig for a well-known local charity, we've hired out a venue with about 250 capacity, secured about five local bands to play, ordered wristbands and we're in the process of finding discounted poster printing. The venue will only allow a dry bar, but a popular pub is just a few doors down.
Right now we're looking for ideas for ways to make a little more money for the charity at the gig, and we're looking for good selling points. If anyone could suggest ideas for other things we could include to make the gig more exciting and appealing to potential guests, it would be of real help.
Please keep in mind, our target audience are 15-25 year olds, hence we're advertising in local schools, colleges and independent clothing stores.
Thanks in advance!
