Poster Art Prints

Is there a printing company that handles custom poster art prints for artists with an online store?
I'm looking for a decent print company that handles custom poster prints, art prints specifically. One that also handles the legwork with shipping as an online store would, the closest i've come to is cafepress or www.lulu.com but i'm looking for other options. Not sure about cafepress's quality and lulu doesnt make posters. Does anyone know another option?

Are there silkscreen classes in New York City?
I would like to learn how to silkscreen for the purpose of making poster art/prints. Does anyone know of a good class or a private instructor in New York City that would be able to offer me instruction? Thanks!

Picture over bed -- what size do I need?
I want to hang a poster/ art print over my king sized bed. What size (width) does it need to be? Everything I try looks too small over such a wide bed.
