Poster Display Rack

Where can I buy poster display racks?
I need to buy one of those racks you see in music shops, etc. that enable you to flick through loads of large posters. It can be a wall-hanging one or a floor-rack. I need some UK websites because at the moment my google searches have come up with nothing helpful, and I don't want to use eBay. Any ideas?

If i broke something would i have to pay to buy a new one or pay the depreciated value?
A friend and I accidentally broke a swinging poster display rack at school. The principal wants us to pay $1,700 to buy a new one. The display rack is over 10 years old. Do I have to pay to buy a new one or pay what the one I broke was worth?
It wasn't broken due to anything outside normal wear and tear. As we turned to a different page it fell down.
