How much would it cost to send a poster through USPS mail?
I want to sell a 27" x 40" poster on eBay but I can't figure out a shipping rate to put down. How much does it usually cost? I looked it up on USPS.com but they don't show how much it is for a poster tube and how much to send it. Any help guys?

How do you these three problems?
I am helping my brother with his homework and I am confused about how to solve these three problems?
1.) A 9-inch tall can of herbal tea has a radius of 3 inches. Betty covered it with decorative paper to give as a gift. What is the least number of square inches of paper that she might use? Round your answer to the nearest square inch.
2.) A large can of tuna has a diameter of 6 centimeters and a height of 3.5 centimeters. A small can of tuna has a diameter of 5 centimeters and a height of 2.5 centimeters. What is the difference in surface area between the two cans, to the nearest square centimeter?
3.) Mark is wrapping a poster tube that is 2 feet long and 3 inches in diameter. What is the minimum number of square inches of wrapping paper that Mark needs to cover the tube, including the ends? Explain your answer.
I tried to work them out but I think that I will give my brother the wrong answer. Here's what I gotso far:
1. 226 in (remember it says to the nearest to the square inch).
2. 60 cm
