Poster enlargement question?
If I want a poster such as this one.....

Can I take it from a 11 X 17 in. poster print, and have it blown up (enlarged) somewhere else into something like a 38 X 54 in. poster print? Will it be clear? Or will it look fuzzy? Is it even worth doing if its going to turn out bad?
